We are looking for energetic, ambitious people to join our team as HR Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists and help us recruit hundreds of new employees across multiple departments.

The Opportunity

This position starts as a performance-based role with clear targets and measurable objectives.

What You'll Do

You will be provided with a hiring list and recruitment framework outlining the positions we need to fill. Your role is to follow the system and help us execute our mass-hiring strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Post job opportunities across Indeed, social media, employment platforms, and other recruitment channels.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, cold outreach, and other channels.

• Follow up with applicants and prospective candidates.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Communicate Acumen Agency's vision, culture, and opportunities to candidates.

• Recruit salespeople, operators, HR personnel, and other team members.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and consistently follow up.

• Coordinate onboarding and assist new employees through the hiring process.

• Assist with employee orientation and training.

• Maintain organized recruitment records.

• Follow established recruitment procedures and hiring targets.

• Work with management to understand current and upcoming staffing requirements.

• Help improve our recruitment process as the company scales.
