The Role

As an International Acumen Operator, you will support the execution of business operations across Acumen Agency and its client projects.

You will be expected to understand objectives, organize resources, identify problems, conduct research, coordinate tasks, and help ensure that work gets completed properly and on time.

The ideal candidate naturally asks:

“What needs to be done, how should it be done, and what can I do to make it happen?”

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects, priorities, and deadlines

• Support the day-to-day operation of the business

• Research international companies, markets, industries, competitors, and opportunities

• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents

• Maintain organized databases, records, and operational systems

• Help develop and improve internal processes and workflows

• Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions

• Coordinate with team members, contractors, clients, and international partners

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership

• Help implement new systems, tools, and business processes

• Assist with business development and client delivery

• Support international business expansion initiatives

• Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion

• Support leadership with research, analysis, planning, and execution
